Which has more milk, and caffein, and whats the difference between: latte, cappuchino, frappuchino (or w/e)?

which is the most mild? and a lotta milk...... i like coffee, but i want to know like which would be the best.... so plz tell me!

a mocha is heaven. whole milk, dark chocolate, and good coffee. :)

If you're referring to getting coffee at like...starbucks, you can customize however you'd like.  

If you want a lot of milk and only a little caffeine, get a bigger size, but ask for less espresso.  That'll increase the milk and lower the caffeine.  

Frappucinos are made from a base, ice, and syrup.  I'm not sure about how much milk is in the base.  As far as added milk, there is none (at least at starbucks)  However, you can get the cream bases which are made from a cream powder base and I believe nonfat milk.

I believe a latte and a cappucino are the same ingredients, but the cappucino has more foam.  If it's more milk that you're looking for, go with the latte.  

There are also americanos, but that would be more caffeinated because it is just water and espresso shots.
