  1. Vegetarians obtain their protein from eating seeds and grains.

    Think of the fruits that you eat the seeds.Fruit is used by the plant to protest the growing plant.

    Think of the vegetables that you eat the seeds.

    corn, peas, beans, soybeans,

    Vegetables have more, if we look at the seeds.

    Check a good source for the protein in several fruits and vegetables to make a chart. A good source is "Composition of Foods" put out by the USDA, Ag handbook #8. It is probably available online.
