  2. I would have to say lima beans because they are rich in folic acid which is a major contributor of the iron molecule Hemoglobin.

  3. I would have to say spinach.  It's really packed with iron plus Vitamins A & C.  Lima beans is a close second because all legumes have iron.

  4. I'm pretty sure spinach has the highest amount of iron but it depends on the amount of assisting minerals which affect it's absportion rate.

    So it could be lima beans mentioned above. But iron alone, most probably spinach. Remember pop-eye?=]
