  2. None, if all you needed to do was take a herb to loose weight our entire country wouldn't be obese.

Don't expect anything magical from herbs.  The way to lose weight is through changing your lifestyle.  You need a well balanced diet with a low fat content.  Combine this with a reasonable exercise regime.  Forget about diets - this is a new way of life.  Make sure that you eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables in lots of different colours.  Eat a minimum of chocolate and don't snack between meals.  Have three good well balanced meals a day.  No magic herbs - just good old common sense.  If you know about foods, have self control and don't take medication that encourages weight gain then you will lose weight - guaranteed.
