  1. Prince of Wales for sure I owe my life to them RPA is also very good i have heard but not had personal experience there.

  2. Bankstown!

  3. Royal Price Alfred or Prince of Wales are both excellent hospitals with private and public facilities.

EDIT - I've had a perfectly fine experience in the private part of Prince of Wales. Both of these hospitals are well advanced and are deep into research.

  4. I had an extremely bad experience at Prince of Wales (would not go back unless I was literally dying) and they are in huge debt with the drug companies - when I was there they told my husband to go home and get all the medication I was on at the time - they really were hopeless.

BEST hospital is St.Vincents at Darlinghurst. No fiddle-assing around at this hospital!! Heck I was visiting a patient in ER, felt unwell... a very attentive nurse noticed and got a doctor (whereas in Prince of Wales you ask for a doctor and you wait for, no word of a lie, 8 hours), doctor came immediately and took 5 minutes to check me out and give me some anti-biotics - all this and they didn't even ask for my medicare# and I wasn't even a patient!!

  5. Royal Prince Afred (RPA) at Camperdown or St Vincents at Darlinghurst or St George at Kogarah.

  6. actually, im sorry to disappoint. all public hospitals in Australia aren't that great. there are queues upon queue's.....some aussies may even resort to the word 'ratshi*'. People die more in public than private. Public hospitals are so crowded a lady had to give birth in a public toilet.

Maybe you should consider private allied health such as ramsay.

    cheers mate
