Which hosting site(s) is good for a small bussiness?

I would like to make a company website and want to know which hosting site is reliable and low priced for my need which has good features but mainly a good site builder. Please give your suggestions. Thanks.

rapid share or use a torrent if they is for a website use godaddy they have good prices

Your ISP should have a small business package which includes hosting and (usually) some site builders.

Apart from that, GoDaddy does low-to-medium traffic hosting for about $5 per month.
