Which hot clubs/lounges in NYC allow 18 year olds in??

Its my friends B-Day and she wants to go to a club HOT club in NYC only problem is that the club needs to allow 18 year olds in...she would like ANY TYPE(techno, hip hop...anytype) of club but most preferably latin

We do stuff with Webster Hall and they are a strict 19 and over club.

It seems like the 18 and over parties are being phazed out as it rules out 99% of High School students.

We have a party in Brooklyn at Club called Disko. This Friday party is 18 and over for all. Its a good Hip-Hop party but I am sure there is no real latin music except probably for touch a reaggeaton.

Clubs that use to have 18 and over were Avalon, Copacabana, Exit and they are ALL closed now. Pacha was the last of the megaclubs to do 18 and over and now they have gone to 19+.
