Which hotel in Paris is reasonably priced, with the best French experience?

I will be traveling in october, 2008, and I use a walker to get around.

  1. i have stayed in Hotel Ajiel on Rue de la convention.  I don't know what kind of experience you are looking for, but they have different room types, and a trypical french breakfast in the morning (bread, croissants, and hot chocolate).  it isn't downtown, but you can see the Tour Eiffel from the hotel.

    Good hotels, clean, not too expensive for 4 stars and there are about 10-15  in Paris.
