  1. The sun is strongest at 12:00 noon when the sun is at it's highest angle. But by the time the heat from the sun reaches the ground, the warmest part of the day is between 2pm and 5pm.

  2. Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., when the sun is highest in the sky.

    Don't forget your sunscreen!

  3. it would be in the morning at 5:00

  4. well the sun never really gets stronger its just just when it hits your area the most. If you want a good tan go out on a partly cloudy day around two. Two is when most places get the most sun and on partly cloudy days sun is directed torwards you but also the rays are reflected back from the clouds and you tan easier but be careful not to stay out to long or youll burn especially if you dont tan often. if you tan often but some kiind of oil on your body. even baby oil works.

  5. i think its at noon.

  9. The heat is strongest at noon (or 1 pm if it is Summer Time), but the power of the rays is actually the strongest around 4 pm, research has determined.

  10. Around 2:30 is usually the hottest point of the day, so I would say then

  11. Here in central Texas, 3 PM is the heatest part of the day.  Around that time of day, the south or Chinnock winds pick up to blow hot air on us.
