  1. Among Indian Foods--Rice,Wheat,Millets as a staple food contains more Carbohydrate.That way Euro-American foods also---most of them contains a lot of wheat and quite a lot of Sugar/syrups(carbohydrates) etc..!!!!


  2. to control carbs you must stay away from all bread....indian or otherwise...don't eat ghee(saturated butter) and fired things....Indian food when cooked properly is the most low carb food as compared to other food.
