I think you're asking about which Indian player scored 10,000+ runs in domestic cricket and failed at the international level. The name that immediately comes to my mind is that of Ajay Sharma. He scored heavily and was a star batsman for Delhi but didn't succeed at the Test level. I would say he wasn't given enough opportunities (he played only one Test). He did play a few one-dayers for India with limited success.

There may be other players who could have had similar careers, but I can't think of any other. :-)
