Which institution has the best program to become a nutritional chef (culinary arts, etc.) in Denver? ?

My girlfriend and I live in Denver and she is very interested in enrolling in a program to become a nutritional chef. We have looked online quite a bit but wanted to get some more opinions as far as the best school and program available in Denver... Although she is interested primarily in being a nutritional chef, she would also consider similar programs. She is hoping to do a program which is two years or less and, as always, wants to get the best value for cost.
