  1. I grew up in B.C. and believe that the regulation of moving companies in British Columbia would be under the B.C. Government Ministry of Transportation and Highways in Victoria, B.C.  I suggest sending them an email and asking them if they would kindly refer you to the specific regulatory body for moving companies in B.C.  Good luck to you.
