  1. Try to have as much information as you could perhaps is one of the options, however it is labor consuming, here is the place i have ever had good experience with.http://insurance.online-frees.info/insur...

  2. AIG has really good rates on term insurance at the moment.  I don't think that the cymbalta would cause you to get surcharged, but it will most likely prevent you from getting preferred rates.  In most states that I know of, suicide isn't covered for the first two years of the policy (and is covered after that) so depression isn't a huge risk, especially if it's being treated.  Call around, maybe talk to some brokers who write for numerous companies.  Just call and ask if you'd be surcharged or table rated due to your medication, they should be able to find out quickly for you, then you can focus on getting quotes.

  3. Most will not rate you to high anyway because they won't pay if you committe suicide.  UNLESS you live in Missouri because then an insurance has to pay for suicide, which is a good thing.  Imagine if you accidentially died in a car crash but they tried saying it was suicide so as not to pay you.  Check around a lot, State Farm, Prudential, MetLife are few big ones.
