Which is Cheapest grocery store in Springfield,MA or Longmeadow,MA?

I am new to springfield,MA and I'm looking for the cheapest grocery store for fresh produce + regular grocery. I went to BigY and Super Stop & Shop and super stop & shop is way cheaper than Big Y. I inquired about local farmers market but all of them open only one day in a week and that also a weekday with short hours. Can someone help me in giving an analysis of the cheap and best grocery store in and around springfield,ma and longmeadow,ma?

I used to live in Springfield...I don't know if its still there, but on Bay st, past Central high (on the opposite side of the street) there was a small produce store that had reasonable prices,  It can be easy to miss its a small building...and its only produce and they were only open at certain times...

There is also price rite in west springfield, chicopee & springifeld...vegetables and canned food  are ok and cheap here.  They may have a website if you google it...

I think the Best grocery would be Big Y or Stop & Shop though...
