I recently switched my major over to nursing and my cumulative college GPA is a 3.5 and my GPA for last semester was a 3.8

I plan on taking these classes

Into to Chemistry. 3 credits

Developmental Psych 3 credits

Human Anatomy 3 credits

History Issues and trends in Nursing. 1 credit

I need 1 more class to take and I don't know whether I should

add physiology or (microbiology in health and disease)

Which is easier?

Do you think this will be a very difficult workload for me??

  1. Micro has a lot more technical information, although they have lots of things to remember.  I find micro more interesting, but you already have a lot.  You would actually benefit from having chemistry before micro, as micro now has some elements of biochemistry in it.  Good luck!

  2. Congrats on nursing! I hope you like it...I want to study it when I get to college!

Human anatomy and human physiology are practically the same thing. They are studied concurrently a lot of the time. Here is wikipedia's explanation:

Anatomy and physiology are closely related fields of study: anatomy, the study of form, and physiology, the study of function

Microbiology is the study of microorganisms, which are unicellular or cell-cluster microscopic organisms.[1] This includes eukaryotes such as fungi and protists, and prokaryotes, which are bacteria and archaea. Viruses, though not strictly classed as living organisms, are also studied.[2] In short; microbiology refers to the study of life and organisms that are too small to be seen with the naked eye. (wikipedia)

I really think that physiology would be easier, but microbiology in health and disease could expose you to some valuable information that you might not acquire normally.

    Best of luck.
