  1. i was going to answer this one but i see shorty girl summed it up rather nicely.

  2. If you get it from petsmart or petco they wouldnt be able to tell you the correct s*x anyway.

Both genders are good, Ive only known one bad Beardie, which was a male, but he had severe metabolic bone disease and I was force feeding him every day for 2 months so I dont really blame him. Either one is good.

  3. Males are typically nice and friendlier.

You see them puff their beard more often too.

    Mines name was Kitty.:)

  4. Well for starters it depends on what your buying baby or adult, because with baby you can't choose the s*x it's a 50/50 chance of male or female. But with adult i would recommend male they're smaller and friendlier.

  5. I usually recommend males for beginngers.  Females can lay infertile eggs after reaching maturity even when never mated, so you have to be prepared with a lay box and whatnot.  But I have 2 males and 2 females and they are all awesome.  They really have great personalities, as long as you do the right research, you'll love your drgaob regardless of s*x and he/she will give you lots of enjoyment! ~Michelle

  6. It depends if you are a guy or a girl.

  7. Beardies are usually just all around easy to tame and nice. My sister has one that is almost a year old. I  beleive its a male. But most species I think that females are nicer because males really don't like anything invading their area as much, but females will guard babies if they have some.
