I think the Eurythmics are the better band in that they are more talented, but that doesn't take away from how much fun Blondie is to sing along with!

This is a super question. I have an 80s alternative radio station that plays both (631radio.com) and I play both in my car all the time with the family. While Blondie has more hit songs and catchy lyrics, we're always amazed that the Eurythmics were just two people. I get more requests to "turn it up" with the Eurythmics, so I'll vote with Annie.

Oh my Annie Lenox is a god, we all know that.. But she had a relationship with a member in the band; that didn't go well and the band broke up. Blondie on the other hand, Is so much better, She's blessed us with numerous number one hits, has a great style, and once broke guiness world records for most sold out concerts in the world.

I prefer Blondie to the Eurythmics. I just liked more of their songs better. They are both from the same era and essentially the same type of music.

Blondie is better, not because i liked her but because my MOTHER owned her cd's and played them just as much as helen Reddy or Eagles.

the commentary on the Eurthmics, is that they exposed an EVIL in america even of that time that has become so increasingly MORE evil, that slouching to Gomorah is become a side bar commentary
