Which is a better..cause i wanna lose weight and enjoy at the same time...boxing or a gym workout??

and by the way i have this broad shoulders...would boxing make it broader??i hate having my shoulders its not proportioned to my body...makes me look so wide...lol...thanks for ur answers..enjoy ur summer!ciao!

  4. boxing will make your shoulders wide. if you look at a boxer you can tell he is a boxer because their backs are shaped like the letter Y. not only do your shoulders get stronger but you lats do also. boxing is a great way to lose weight but if you aren't interested in learning to fight then why start boxing. question though why do you think having broad shoulders is a bad thing?

  5. It seems to me that you want to go to a boxing gym just for the workout, not to be a professional boxer. If thats the case then you probably would have more fun there than at a regular gym because regular gym workouts are dull (to me). Most boxing gyms that I know of also have cardio classes and weight training so you should get everything you need, plus you'll get to beat up on punching bags and relieve much stress.

  6. i would say a gym workout hit the treadmiles, and i perfer doing sit up and listing to music at my house.

  7. There is nothing to enjoy about boxing, its grueling and very hard on the face and stomach. Join a gym and do cardio, run on the treadmill and lift heavy, gain muscle. EAT RIGHT!!

    your body will reward you.
