Which is a better choice for a park snowboard?

this year i noticed my bindings falling apart and my board getting too small i am about 5'3" in snowboard boots and at age 12 i am still growing my current board is a 141cm i am starting to learn my way around the park (small jumps, tabletops, box rails ect.) anyway of the 2 links which board is better board 1= http://www.the-house.com/m3-discord-bb-pkg-07.html there are the links give me some feed back either one is fine by me so it is up to the results of the answers also i dont want names of other boards i could buy i dont care it is narrowed down to these 2 thanks a million

I koow from experence that the House Formula 150cm Snowboard is better because, when your carving and stuff you glide right through the snow. If your good enough to do a backflip it is so much easier because when you take off on the jump you don't have to use any force when you jump!!!
