But, of course like England, when India beat Aus in a couple of ODI's everyone starts jumping up and down saying India is the best team.

To be the best you must be consistent - Aus consistantly beats everybody - Fact.

India doesn't - Fact   - Disagree ? - Who won the Asia Cup?

India are a very good team and they are going to get better, but until they consistently beat Aus then they will never be the best.
