Which is a better name?

Question

My wife and I are debating about a name for our new puppy. It's a female purebred chocolate lab. we have a favourite name each, mine is Bace and my wife likes Poppy... It's out to the jury what do you think?

Oh! : )  I *love* the name Poppy!  It has such energy and cheer about it : )  But what about gracing her with a middle name? It's done with humans : )  She could be Poppy Bace!  Or, maybe most diplomatically, let your little one choose her own name (like Peekaboo Street did her own.)  Using the same tone of voice, take turns calling her by both names and see which she prefers : )  

Ah!  There is nothing better than the smell of a new puppy and that wonderful, little purring-like snore! : )

well, thats your choice,

however, i do this to my dog,

but i changed his name after 5 years because i found a better name

so, maybe you can name him poppy for a few years, then Bace.

If not, i'll choose Poppy
