Which is a better paralegal program: NYU, Berkeley, or CUNY?

What about New York Paralegal School. It isn't ABA aproved but it is aproved by the National Paralegal Association.. Is there a big difference?

I was told by someone that worked in human resources of a law firm that they prefer applicants with a bachelor's degree in 'something' and that it certainly helps to have received training from an accredited program (believe from the ABA).  A lawyer had told me several years ago that he could hire a law student as an intern for less money than a paralegal and not have to offer fringe benefits either.

Please do steer clear from those private $$ schools such as the ny paralegal school sounds and instead opt for the county vo-tech school, community college or uni.
