Well, I'm getting my first cell phone which my parent's told me I have to use all through Jr.High, so I picked between two phones. The BlackBerry Pearl 8120, and the BlackJack 2.

I have At&t. I'd want a lot of memory for music, a good camera to take pictures AND MOVIES, it should be thin, light, small, and portatble. Like i said, it's my first phone so it should also be durable.

Also, i understand that the BlackJack 2 has 3gb memory, does anyone know how much the BlackBerry has? I thinks it's around 64mb.

Also.....I'm 10 year's old turning 11 this summer. Please help!

Some of my friends have a BlackBerries, and they say they're complicated and confusing at first, but then when you know how to use them they rock. Also, what's the most memory sd micro memory card? Please answere truthfully and don't take sides of the BlackBerry or BlackJack becuase you own them.

Also don't just answere "10's to young for a phone". Thanks ya'll!

  1. hi sweetie I am 13 and have the iPhone. I love it so much!!!! it has all the things you want xcept video camera and it isnt

very small, but the blackjack and blackberry aren't either. an iPhone may not be a good choice for a first phone but I

still love it more than blackberry and blackjack. I havent had any problems with it. it is like a computer camera ipod and phone in one!! but also it is very expensive. my mom has a

blackberry and I like it it is the curve tho and is bigger than the pearl. I used to have the older blackbery but I STill like my iPhone better !

  2. I prefer the Blackjack 2.  I am a non business windows user and the windows mobile interface exquisitely with my laptop.  The key board is spacious and the battery life is , not really but it is really good lol.  But of course these thing are always up to you in the end.  I have included a link to the Cnet review pages for both products, by the way Cnet says go with the Blackjack as well... just saying.  one more thing, because the black jack uses the same proprietary cables as all other newer Samsung products you will have a much easier and cheaper time finding replacements or back ups.
