blackberry pearl....touch screen is REALLY hard txting...i don't even want to imagine how hard it would be!

I agree with Jack. It all comes down to personal preference. Once you get used to the touch screen I am sure you will get used to it. I do prefer a physical keypad as opposed to a touchscreen keypad, but that is just my preference.

It's personal preference.  The Iphone, once you're used to it, makes texting a breeze.  But if you're accustomed to actual buttons, then the Pearl might be for you.

Texting aside, it depends what you want to do with your phone.  The Iphone is more media related...better to use with videos, music, etc.  It all depends on what you want to use it for.

I would suggest heading to your local AT&T store and play around with both of them.
