  1. Malaysia because many of its people could speak English.  Wonder place and food like Genting Highland (www.genting.com.my), Fraser Hill, Snake Temple, Ten thousands Buddha Temple (Kek Lok Si) Penang, Cameron Highland, Tioman Island, Redang Island for natural beauty and beach and shopping and food haven in Kuala Lumpur.

  2. Hong kong/ macau are just cities, malaysia is a whole country, so theres more to do in malaysia... however it can get overwhelming... if i was you i would do hong kong, they have disneyworld there that your daughter might like, a lot of nature places, shopping for your wife, the most different kinds of food compared to malaysia... and all in all is a nicer place to be and to get around. i live in malaysia and have visited hong kong many times, i prefer hong kong.  english level is about the same in each place. however the people in HK may be slightly ruder than most malysians (although KL people can be very rude as well).

in summary, for a package "stay in the same hotel and do a ton of stuff" you need to go to hong kong... malaysia you will have to doa  lot of traveling to get the variety that the previous person described.... which may not be best for your daughter.

and macau is cool to visit, it is mainly gambling but still cool and only a cheap 1 hr boat ride from HK

  3. both are good places.  if you can afford, visit both

  4. Hong Kong

  5. Malaysia Truly Asia..lol

  6. I was visit HongKong and Malaysia, and my recommendation please find Hong Kong.

Transportatoin is very easy to find and welcome to foreigner.

If you've some more time, take one hour trip by Train to Shenzhen at China Republic. ( don't forget with your visa - if requierement's for your country )

Shenzhen's major tourist attractions include the Chinese Folk Culture Villages, the Window of the World, Happy Valley, Splendid China, the Safari Park in Nanshan district, the Dameisha Promenade, Xiaomeisha Beach Resort in Yantian district, Zhongying Street, Xianhu Lake Botanical Garden, and Minsk World. The city also offers free admission to a number of public parks including the Lianhuashan Park, Lizhi Park, Zhongshan Park and Wutongshan Park. Shenzhen offers a great variety of cuisines that its numerous restaurants provide.

    Enjoy then...
