This question really comes down to how much money you want to spend.   In addition, most men prefer scooters that have a motorcycle look to it rather than a step through frame which was made popular by Vespa.  However, I have included examples of both below.  Also, to help you decide, I have given you three examples that fall into different prices ranges.

**Just under $10,000: Vectrix Electric Scooter.**

-This scooter can top out at 60 mph and has a range of 68 miles.

-it also has a very cool motorcycle look to it.  This one is as cool as it gets for electric scooters, but I don't think you will be disappointed.

**Around $3,000 up to $5,000: E-Max Scooters

-The most basic models have a range of 30 to 37 miles and goes over 60mph.  The higher end models do even better.

-These are German made are of great quality.  

-Also, these do have a step through frame, but have a very sleek looking exterior.

**Under $3,000: EVT Z-20

-the average around 30 to 40mph and have a range of 30 to 45 miles.

-These have a look similar to a motorbike which may be a cool look for you.

With that speed and range, the ZAP Zapino or Skeuter Hornet would be good choices.  If you want an even higher top speed, something like the R Martin EVD would also be good.  See the links below for further information on electric mopeds.
