Which is a good female movie character with a sword?

i'm going to a hollywood themed party and need a character to go as. I have long brown hair and want my character to have a sword. if you have any ideas please tell me.

  1. Morgan Adams in Cuthroat Island played by Geena Davis. I looked for a picture of her but unfortunately, there wasn't a good one. The only one that I could find was a torso shot so that probably won't be of much help to you. You could always rent the movie, if you haven't seen it, it's pretty good!

You could do your own version of "The Bride" from Kill Bill. a small tiara and veil from any party store (for bachelorette parties), a yellow top and pants or even all black (she wears all kinds of outfits in the movie) and a great Japanese sword (from a kids' store) or even just a Jedi Light Saber would be fun.  Do your thing, have fun, and give yourself permission to tweak it according to what you have and what you can make work.  A little fake blood might even be fun!  You can get that at most costume shops.

  6. Long Brown hair. Well I'd have to Suggest Xena then. She used a sword and also a Chakram. In case you've never heard of it or the show just google Xena and look for images for a good idea of how the costume looked, shouldn't be that hard to duplicate.

    You can have a lot of fun with this. Wear lots of layers but still make it look revealing and s**y.  

  10. I was thinking Elektra. Or you could do that Japanese girl in DOA. She's in Sin City too. Or Kate Beckinsale in Van Helsing, with that East European accent. Or like Rachel Weisz and Patricia Velasquez in Mummy. Geena Davis is good too.  

  11. Uma Thurman in Kill Bill, she has a bada$$ Katana sword. Except She has long blonde hair. You could go as Elle Driver from Kill Bill volume 2. She also uses a Katana sword. Although she too has long  blond hair, she could easily pull off being a brunette. She also wears an eye patch. Just type her name into google images and you will see what I mean.

    - Milla Jovovich's sword wielding character!  And she has long dark hair!  I garantee dressing up as her would be more of an original idea than Kill Bill or Xena!
