try out usha kiran's restaurant "Tandoor" near cbs road. it is awesome. Also there is one restuarant name "Kaka Ka Dhaba"... i have been to both and i liked both thier food.

you can have gud food at Indraprasth or else Chaan both fall on the way to Shirdi

or come at ma Home :-D

Shirdi has the most important Sai Baba, Temple.

"Shirdi" is near "Nasik".

Both are in the Maharashtra state, so most restaurant will have very authentic Maharashtrian food, in both this town, but local will know for sure, if you are visiting this places from USA or Europe then you are batter off eating at places comparable to Taj to avoid the risk of "Matajuma". Unless you already had it and are over it, and build up immunity.

Keep prescription of "Lomotil" or equal medicine on hand, most of the problem is with water and food, people from out side India just do not have counter measure bacteria, to fight the bad bacterias.

With break fast on empty stomuch, eat some local non-Pasteurised De-hi (yogurt), to help build up good effective bacteria.
