  1. I am a retired semi-professional pool player and have owned many sticks over the years.  My favorite is Joss Cues.  I have a Joss Cue made in Colorado in 1978 and is still my favorite and most reliable cue that I have ever used.  Check out one of their websites at http://www.josscues.com/

    Good Luck

  2. There are many many good custom cues out there.

If you want the best, Richard Balck Custom cues.

Black lives and works out of Texas. I think his website is Blackcustomcues.com

His work is amazing. I bought one of his cues in the early eighties. It still hits sweet and solid. The canadian maple shafts were made from very tight grained wood and they are perfectly straight.

  3. Joss east ,& schon ........both top notch cues ......

  4. Try this link on hand crafted cues

    http://www.viattorre.com/

  5. What do you want the cue for? Play or collect? Their are too many local/regional cue makers to mention. A good place for you to start is the "Blue Book of Cue Values". They've done plenty of research and list many cue makers.

As far as playability and collector value? Really any Southwest cue made in Las Vegas by the Franklin's.

    Good Luck
