Depends on the budget.

A great place to eat is in Buddha Bar in Grosvenor House. They have excellent food and nice atmosphere. Book in advance though coz it's usually very busy.

Another place is Tokyo at the Towers in Emirates Towers. They have great Japanese Tapenyakis.

Verra is also an excellent restaurant. It's owned by Godon Ramsey.

If your budget is a bit lower then try Gourmet restaurant in Wafi centre. They have excellent lebanese food and you can sit in the terrace.
