Which is a nicer place to go for a break for a few days in Ireland. Cork or Kerry?

depends what ur looking for

if u want peace and quiet and beautiful scenery - u should go to Kerry.

if you want a city break - try Cork City

if you want a seaside break - thy Yaughall  or Cobh in Co. Cork

both have there good points there is a lot more you can do if you come to cork city e.g trips and tours and the night life of it is all views and lakes you like Kerry is the places to go

i would say kerry, tralee in particular its a beautiful town and there is an abundance of things to keep you occupied.

Both places are lovely but as you further West you are entering real tourist territory and therefore real tourist prices around Kilarney and Dingle.

I recommend renting a car and starting around the South Cork area. Lots of adventures to be had on those roads! Try Gougane Barra (spelling!) and Clonakilty areas. No nicer place in the country.

Just go with the flow and enjoy!!
