how do you find out what you really like doing in life? when you have never pursued things you like doing and have been casual all along?

  1. If you're thinking HR or travel agent, HR is definitely safer.  However, if you've been working for a while and are not sure what you really want to do, I would try to talk to a career counselor (if you have a degree, your college will likely have counselors available to talk to you).  I'd ask for interest assessment testing - HR and Tourism are quite different (unless you are looking at recruiting within HR)... so you might want to get your skills, values, and interests straightened out so you can make a move that will make you happy :)

  4. Direct employers and Employment Agencies will always need well qualified individuals - Tourism on the other hand already seems to be a decreasing field with the ability to book travel on-line without fees to agents.

  5. Being intourism profession for so many year i think human resources is the safer side to choose...... it will get your post updated. And in tourism there is a  very little chance of growth.if you really   looking forward then human resources is the better option.
