Which is best Cyclods Evolution or R4DS?

R4DS is better. I have it and it's awesome. Easy navigation, setup, and file transferring. It's the most popular flash cart for the NDS. Everyone I know uses it and they have no problems with it. You'll need something called a MicroSD because all your files will be on it. I think the Kingston branded MicroSD works best. R4DS is really affordable too. The phrase "you get what you pay for" DOES NOT apply for the R4DS.
