Which is best ECE or CSE -for the future?

ECE is better bcz,after completion of B.tech course ECE guys can able to do both hard ware and software, let me say keenly if da software boom is good then ECE guy go for software else he mays goes to hardware by doing any specilization in VLSI, EMBEDDED SYSTEMS, BIOMETRICS... and become a HARDWARE ENGINEER.OR he is eligible for government exams like NTPC,ONGC,BSNL,APGENCO,APTRANSCO AND IES( Indian Engineering Service) while these r not  possible for  CSE, he goes only SOFTWARE SIDE ,thats why ECE is EVER GREEN Branch..
