Which is best? Eat almond raw or soaked or cooked or roasted?

Please let me know what is best way to get maximum nutrition out of almond for a person with no so strong power of digestion. Does almond loose the nutition if cooked or roasted?

  1. Cooking always removes some nutrients from foods.

    Raw is best. Almonds are probably one of the best foods on Earth.

    Chock full of nutrients.

    Eat them raw if you can.


  2. well apparently by cooking or roasting nuts it changed the fat/oil structure. from good fat to bad fat. always eat raw.
