Which is best for a 3+ ? Accenture or TCS?

I am a 3+ IT Professional. I currently have 2 offers one in Accenture and TCS. Which company is the best to work. People worked in these companys in india pls respond. Thx

  1. Both r good. But u should go with Accentrure. I am damm agree with Bela


  2. Accenture is Best if u go for a challenging work on development side !

    TCS is Best if u r looking for challenging work on maintainance side !

    In terms of job security maintainance work is better than development.

    In terms of achievements development job is a better deal.

    So the choice is urs !!! All the Best !!!
