everytime i want to take a cuppa after meal i couldnt figure out which is best to drink, milo or cocoa?

  1. First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy!

    Given the ingredient list of each product, neither is a bad choice for a pregnant woman. So go with what you feel like at the time.

    If you ever feel like a nice hot drink that is not chocolaty, try hot milk with almond syrup added. It's gorgeous and taste really luxurious. I froth the milk and add a pinch of cinnamon to the top.

    I'm 31 weeks along now, and I find this helps with the awful acid we pregnant ladies often get.
