Which is best in opinion as the better place to work?

I'm thinking of applying for my first job soon. I just turned 16, and will only work part-time of course, but am not sure which would be best for me. I've heard stories about interviews and they make me a little nervous, but before i get to thinking about that, i would like to know where to begin.

I thought about Target, but was told one has to be 18 or older to apply, and then i researched a bit on places like CVS, or Gyboree(day-center) where i am mostly concerned about age range, and then there are places like Starbucks, or jamba juice.

I am also curious about minimum wage for employees my age, and if there was anyone out there with experience in any of these places, please don't hesitate to give advice or tips perhaps...

starbucks gets paid wayyyyyy better. i'm a supervisor at jamba and my girlfriend makes more than me as a barista at sbux, and weve both worked the same amount of time
