Which is better, 19 inch standard tv or 19 inch 720p HDTV?

I know that with HDTV's the bigger the better, but of 19 inch tv's which one is better for watching movies and playing games on the PS3? A 19 inch standard tv or a 19 inch 720p HDTV? Thanks!

The 720p model. It is higher resolution and the games from your PS3 will look noticably better on it compared to the standard def TV.

720 all the way.

It's progressive (like your computer monitor) so the images are a lot sharper and clearer. It's actually 6 times more information per screen when fed with a HD source.  It's a big step up in detail and resolution from the old standard def TV's.
