  1. I think it depends on you and your skin, but I tend to like all the Neutrogena products.  Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.   Here are a few informative links with additional home treatment ideas.

  2. Neutrogena Oil-Free by far!

Cetaphil felt as if i were washing my face with soap from a bar. Just kind of not doing anything!

  3. From my own experience, I would say Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. I think it stung a little at first, or dried out my face, but I love it now. It really cleans deep into your pores, and keeps my skin, which is acne prone, at bay.

  4. everyone's skin is different. u have to experiment with the different kinds. i tried a lot bc i have a little bit of an acne prob myself but even the best ones don't work for me. the only one that works for me is clearisil skin perfecting wash. but it might not work for you. It doesn't work for my mom, she uses CVS brand to clear her face up. u might even have to use a brand like that

overall, my best suggestion is to experiment with different face washes, creams, pads, and other stuff.

  5. From my experience, Cetaphil. It's formulated to be gentle for a variety of skin types. Then again it depends on what else you use in your daily skin care regimen. If you're using a strong acne medication, use Cetaphil to prevent drying out.
