Which is better, Comcast Digital Cable or Verizon FiOs?

I'm about to get cable and I want to know which one I should get and which one is better. I heard that Comcast Digital Cable is good and Verizon FiOs is good too. Some people have told me to get Comcast, but other people have told me to get Verizon FiOs also. So.... Yeah
