FiOS hands down!  FiOS brings fiber optics right to your house with massive bandwith.  Since there is the ability to bring so much bandwith they are able to broadcast in 256 QAM bringing much detail (Most cable companies and satelite companies broadcast in 64 QAM).  However, Since they broadcast in such high detail home wiring is essential to the system.  For the most part, COAX homeruns are required.  Verizon will run wiring if required but unless it is very easy good luck having them fish the walls.
