Which is better, Quinny Buzz 3 or Quinny buzz 4?

And whats the difference? Accept the amount of wheels of course. Why did they make two versions? Is the 3 wheeler version unsteady?

I have a 3 wheel buzz and have been using it for almost 10 months since my son was born and  I love it . I don't find it unstable at all (that was my concern when i was stroller shopping to)   I think the 4 wheel version was just to try to get the people that don't like 3 wheel strollers to buy one but I don't know. I wouldn't trade my buzz.
