Which is better, Spybot or SUPERantispyware???

I say spybot, it is free and it removes lots of different types of viruses.

When looking to download software, only go to the official site.  If you have any doubts, go to CNet - they review tons of software like that, with downloads, user and editor reviews and links to publisher sites.

Spybot is free, but there may be a pay version that is better.

superantispyware is better. Spybot is really falling behind in the number of detections it has. It has one third of the number of detections my current antispyware software has.

I love SuperAntiSpyware but the free version doesnt provide real time protection (which really doesn't matter to me)

Use them both.

Disable security Center when installing spybot.

Spybot has a low detection rate but it immunizes your system from pop-ups when you click on immunize.Spybot is a very good program,i highly recommend it.The only thing that sucks about spybot is that you can't choose the area that you want to scan.Never forget to update definitions before scanning with spybot!

SUPERANTISPYWARE....detects near to everything...high detection rate,fast scans...what sucks about SAS though is that you need to reboot in order to delete the detected items =p.Don't forget to update definitions before scanning.

Why not use them both?  It wont hurt.  Its actually a good idea.  Just never use more than one antivirus.

There both free.
