it depends 4 what for pictures xenon its more effective and it looks better on pics,, but in Videos you can keep your led on all the time you knoe

and if you lost something and its dark LED!!! plz,... jejej

but they their pros and the other thing,,,

but it depends which one you will use for, PICS or VIDS
