  2. Water is the best in all situations.  Gatorade should only be drunk if someone is sweating profusely.

  17. In general, water (h2o) is better for you.  On specific occasions, Gatorade supposedly helps to replenish electrolytes lost in a workout, so that's why it's "good for you".

    I know for kids, Gatorade is bad ... Pedialyte will replenish the electrolytes and water will rehydrate them.

    I've heard Powerade is better than Gatorade ... but honestly, I prefer water as those sugar drinks are just too sweet for me.

  18. H2O is the beverage MEANT for your body.

    Gatorade wants you to believe you need all that junk they stick in there, but you really don't.

    Your body is 75% WATER, not 75% Gatorade.

  19. Water is obviously better for your body, but I still prefer Gatorade, which tastes a lot better than water. =)
