Just to adding what David S said:

The G35 has a better overall financial value than the BMW.

Your cost of ownership with the G35 will be less over the span of time due to depreciation, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.

If that is not a concern, the BMW 335i is sweeeet, and it fits some people better. Overall, you couldn't go wrong with either one.

I just got a 335i Coupe, it's wicked. I would purchase that over a G35 coupe. If it was a G35 sedan, 2007 model, verses the BMW 335i sedan, I'd probably go with the G35 sedan since there's more features and costs substantially less then the BMW. But the 335i are  much quicker then the G35s just to let you know. There's no such thing at a 350i in the United states or even at all.
