i Think Limewire, because from my experience, Ares downloads several viruses

Which is better - having your foot chopped off or having your hand crushed?

Downloading files by torrent (and that's what both of those programs do) is just asking for viruses and Trojans (and I'm not even going to get into the areas of its being illegal or subjecting yourself to lawsuits by RIAA).

Buying the song or movie is a much better choice.
