Which is better: Assassins Creed or Resistence?

Just got PS3 and i need your opinion on which game to buy. Which is funner and has better multiplayer. Also, any news on the sequels of these games?

Assassin's Creed is fun because of the fact that you can knife people in the neck and walk away. There is no online multiplayer with Assassin's Creed. Resistance lets you shoot aliens with a wide arsenal of weaponry. There are massive online games and Resistance 2 is coming out sometime in 2009. It really depends on what your preference is, whether you want a Halo-like shooter or sneaky killer-type game. If you just got a ps3, I would recommend getting Metal Gear Solid 4 or Call of Duty 4 if you wanted something newer. There are also a bunch of other games that you can read about on Gamespot or IGN.com. Their reviews are pretty accurate and they can supply you with whatever information you need.

Well Assassins Creed 2 is suppose to be coming out sometime in 09 and Resistance 2 is suppose to be coming out at the end of this year or next year. If your looking for a better game I would probably recommend Resistance because the multiplayer is a lot more enjoyable and the game is longer. Assassins Creed is a good game but it is amazingly short and has no multiplayer.
